Fair Usage Policy

Plans marked "unlimited" for images, videos and keywords are meant for the normal use of one catalogue by one business. "Unlimited" means we do not charge per item within the fair-use levels below. It does not mean unlimited use of the servers, storage or bandwidth.

1. Fair-use levels

These apply per catalogue, and are the same for every Client on a plan unless the plan page says otherwise.

2. Not fair use

• using your account as file storage, a backup service, a download or file-sharing site, or hosting for someone else;
• bulk or automated uploads, scraping, or mass-generated pages;
• repeated, duplicated or junk content added to inflate counts;
• use that slows the service for other Clients or threatens its stability or security;
• sharing or reselling your account outside our Partner Terms.

3. What we may do

We monitor usage. If you go beyond the fair-use levels, we will first tell you by email and ask you to reduce usage, move heavy files elsewhere, or move to a higher plan. If usage continues or harms other Clients, we may slow delivery, limit new uploads, or suspend the account. We will not charge you for excess usage unless we have agreed a rate with you in writing beforehand. We may act at once where usage threatens the stability or security of the Service.

4. Changes

We may revise these levels, and will give at least 30 days' notice of any reduction. The current levels are shown on the pricing page next to the word "unlimited".
