How Reach by Inway handles personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), and how to reach our Grievance Officer. Last updated: 22 October 2026.

1What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you sign up. Your password is stored only as a one-way scrambled value. For each AI Catalog we keep what you add to it: products, pictures, text, settings and the enquiries visitors send you. We also keep simple technical records such as login times and the address a request came from, to keep accounts safe.

2How we use it

We use your details to run your account, send login codes and service messages, give support and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for anything you would not expect.

3Sharing

We share data only with the services that help us run Reach by Inway, such as email and message delivery, hosting and backup providers, and only for that purpose. We may also share data when the law requires it.

4Cookies

We use the cookies that are needed to keep you logged in and to remember simple choices such as your language. We do not use cookies to sell advertising.

5Keeping data safe and how long we keep it

  • Phone numbers are stored in encrypted form.
  • We make regular backups and limit who can reach the data.
  • We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to remove an AI Catalog, it can be brought back for a short period, after which the data is deleted for good.

6Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, ask us to erase it, name someone to act for you, and raise a complaint. Write to the Grievance Officer below and we will help.

7Children

Reach by Inway is meant for businesses and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you think a child has given us data, tell us and we will remove it.

8Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about how your personal data is handled, you may write to our Grievance Officer under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
